Have you ever wondered, “What happens after I create my EVP or employer branding strategy? How to craft processes that bring results without losing energy or reinventing new practices again and again? How to create smooth collaboration between HR & marketing teams? ”

If you find yourself in some of these — I got you!

Employer Branding Navigator is a program crafted for all employer branding practitioners aiming to develop in-house processes for seamless employer branding collaboration.

We all know there is no copy-pasting in employer branding. This program is designed to navigate you through discovering your unique path.

Why join

Constant talent market change is forcing us to adapt. You will get the tools to keep up with this pressure and you will learn how to use the resources you already have in your organisation.

You and your organisation have special needs. All recipes you can find online now, need to be adapted to your context. You will learn how to implement all already known concepts in your organisation, such as EVP, and how to choose the right players for this game.

You can lose a lot of energy seeking attention from your internal stakeholders. We already know a lot of organisations struggle with silos. You will get the tools for long term silos management that can bring you long term results.

All of the background employer branding processes are in your hands. I know, this is hard sometimes. You need to find your own way in this navigation process and which approach works best for you. Here, you will get guidance on your personal style and fields of growth.

What you get

Why to choose me as your mentor

I have been working as an independent consultant for 4 years now (previously 3.5 years in-house), and I have managed to get to know various organisations and understand the context of the employer branding process from different perspectives. I know what works and why it’s important for every employer branding manager to find their own way of crafting and navigating process.

One of my major goals is also community development. Through continuous contact with members of the employer branding community worldwide, I have gained a clear picture of what is needed for our employer branding plans to succeed. By joining this program, you become an active member of my community, where you also receive special offers and discounts.

This program is created through a combination of experience working on employer branding projects and various educations I had the opportunity to attend in the meantime. An example of such an approach is the Employer BrandSprint toolkit that I created with my partner Ana Jeličić.

Fun and good energy during work are extremely important to me. Working with me, you will also acquire skills such as conducting energizers and moderating processes in a slightly different way.

Some of the companies I’ve worked with

Sonja Mandić, Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager @ RT-RK

“Cooperating with Kat provided me with structure and a clear understanding of employer branding processes. Each activity offered inspiration to explore further into the world of employer branding. Following every meeting with Kat, I felt energized and inspired for the next step.”

Milica Ristić, Employee Experience Manager @ Hunch

“Working with Kat was fantastic. I experienced the value of having a mentor with whom I had an aligned and mutually beneficial relationship. Kat consistently adapted to my needs and understood the context from which I was operating.”

Ana Correia, Employer Branding Manager @ Zuhlke Portugal

“When I started my journey into the world of Employer Branding back in 2022, I had the pleasure of attending an enlightening employer branding training conducted by Kat. Right from our initial contact, it was evident that Kat is passionate about the subject and deeply dedicated to helping others understand its intricacies. Her extensive experience shone through in every aspect of the training, providing invaluable insights and practical knowledge that I could immediately apply to my professional endeavours. Despite the complexity of the subject matter, she has a remarkable ability to convey concepts clearly and concisely, making the learning process seamless and enjoyable. Her willingness to provide guidance and assistance further underscores her commitment to her client’s success.

Kat exuded warmth and positivity throughout the training, greeting participants with a genuine smile. Her infectious enthusiasm energised the room and fostered a supportive and collaborative learning environment.”

Isidora Madzar, Talent Acquisition Specialist @Fishingbooker

“Kat’s guidance has been truly transformative, offering both structure and inspiration in navigating Employer Branding processes. Her professionalism, expertise, and ongoing support have cultivated a sense of trust and collaboration, resulting in valuable outcomes for our team.”
